Now the fun part of making it animated.....File > JASC Products >.Launch Animation Shop.

File > Open > Find the Floral welcome you have just saved in PSP and open.

Edit > Select All > Animation > Frame Properties

When the window opens , set the Display time to 15 > OK

Right Click on your image and go to View Animation.......If you are happy with the speed of the animation you can close the animation window.

Go To Animation > Resize Animation with the following settings > OK

File > Optimazation Wizard > with the following settings 

 Next

On the next page Click the customize button

Under the colour Tab use these settings

Under the Optimization Tab use these settings

Then keep clicking NEXT till you come to Finish.

File > Save As > This time call your card " Finished Welcome Card" in GIF Format

Your Finished Card should be something like this
